Assuming a deal can be made with brother Crow and his union will it contain a "no strike" clause.

I doubt it somehow and yet we cannot allow the capital city to grind to a halt every time some perceived wrong is identified by Crow and his cohorts.

London can grind to a halt most days without any help thanks to the appalling lack of investment by successive governments.

How long we can retain our reputation as THE world financial centre is finely balanced with roads/rail and airports gridlocked and ships unable to dock due to lack of Port capacity.
